HOW IS ASPINWALL MEALS ON WHEELS FUNDED


•Aspinwall Meals on Wheels receive no federal, state or local funding. Our only income is derived from customer fees which are currently $7.75 per day for two home-delivered meals, and from the generosity of our donors. We are a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and both financial and material donations are recognized as charitable gifts per IRS requirements.


•A financial donation to Aspinwall Meals on Wheels helps your neighbors in the Fox Chapel area. 100% of your donation stays in our community; required professional services including legal, finance and fundraising services are donated by generous patrons so your monetary donation goes directly to help those in need.


•You may designate Aspinwall Meals on Wheels as a recipient of your United Way donation. Our United Way code is 9693938.


•Honor someone special. Many people donate to Aspinwall Meals on Wheels in memory of a loved one, or request memorial donations in lieu of flowers. Also, consider a bequest to our organization when doing your estate planning.
